Easy Exercise

There are two sessions both in the Clark Memorial Church Halls on Thursday mornings. The first is in the rear hall from 10.00 until 11.00 am. The other is in the main hall from 11.00 until noon. 

They are generally taken by a qualified personal trainer who assesses your capability and adjusts the routines for any individual experiencing difficulty e.g. some people are unable to use the floor mat based exercises.

The group focuses on exercises to make use of your muscles and, hopefully, tone them up. The sessions start with a few warm up circuits. The hall is then laid out with mats, chairs and equipment to strengthen various muscles. A minute is spent on each of about 16 exercises before a short break. This is followed by another round of the exercises before a few minutes cooling down.
