The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 5th June at 2 pm
in Largs Community Church Hall (formerly Clark Memorial Church Hall).
After the business has been concluded Mervyn will entertain us.
Mervyn started playing the accordion before he was 7 and by the time he was 15 he was playing in a dance band every Saturday. From the age of 18 he played electric accordion in ballroom dance bands until he was in his 40s.
Before he retired he and his wife had a Wedding and Portrait photography business for around 20 years. Just over 10 years ago he started playing music in care homes and he continues to do so.
You should have received the Notice and Agenda for the AGM together with the Minutes of the last AGM and a copy of the Unsigned Accounts. If you have not received any of these documents please contact: oir.largs@outlook.com and they will be e-mailed to you.
The Audited Accounts for 2023-2024 should be available at the meeting.
