Brief Description:
The Art and Chat group get together to paint using oils, acrylics, watercolours and inks, to draw using pastels, pencils and crayons and to chat. All members work at their own pace with whichever medium they feel most comfortable. No formal tuition is given but advice and constructive criticism is offered by experienced members when requested. The cost of each session is £3.50.
The group has some members who have been painting for many years, selling their pictures through galleries and art shows, other members have only been drawing or painting for a very short time. All enjoy the company of like minded friends, creating art in a friendly inviting atmosphere.
