Day and Time: Thursday, 11am until noon

Brief Description:

Our tutor, Douglas, who conducts the class, is the proprietor of the studio and a trained martial arts instructor. We start with a warm up then use various pieces of kit to exert our flagging muscles to help prepare us ready for the week ahead. All this is done in a light hearted manner and with emphasis on balance and movement.
